Life Group Questions—Keys to cultivating Peace
1. How did the Holy Spirit speak to you this Sunday?
2. Can you honestly say you have peace within your life? If so would you say it is steady or circumstantial?
3. Read John 14:27. How is Jesus’ peace different than the world’s peace? Now read Romans 14:17 and Galatians 5:22. How are we supposed to get God’s peace?
4. Read Philippians 4:4-7. According to this passage we read that God’s peace is relational and not circumstantial. So what steps can we do to foster that relationship that cultivates peace?
5. Romans 15:13 and what that looks like practically. How is God asking you to trust and submit to Him today?
6. Read Philippians 4:8-9. What is the Apostle Paul telling the believers to do and how does that relate to our peace in God? Consider these verse: Romans 8:6, Isaiah 26:3, 2 Corinthians 10:3-5.
7. Spend some time praying for the Choi family as they prepare to be missionaries to Japan. Also pray for OB1 as we seek God to provide the next worship pastor.
