The goal of this program is to share lots of information taken from stopbullying.gov and inspired
from Hope From The Heart: Bully No more; We will focus on teaching how to identify and deal
with bullying and thus Empowering you and your child to understand all aspects of bullying
including:
● Identification, Characteristics, and Causes
● Bullying Behavior and Tactics
● Engagement
● How to handling Bullying
● Gods Heart on Bullying
● Local, State and Federal Law concerning Bullying
● Self Defence
What this program is not:
● MMA Class
● Fight Club
● Scared Straight Program
We look forward to empowering both your kids, and of course you the parents, so we can all
support and encourage one another and change the future for the better.
Prior to showing up for the class please be prepared to bring your children mentially equipped to
listen, learn and have tons of fun. We have provided the below list of requirements for class

Guidelines and requirements for participation:
● Endorsed Liability Waiver on file (This can be done onsite upon arrival)
● Plain White T-Shirt
● Solid Color Sweat Pants or Shorts
● Hydration: Water Bottle, Hydration Pack or Canteen
● Personal Hygiene – Clean Feet, Finger and Toe Nails short and groomed
● Hair Tie for those with long hair
● No Jewelry of any kind including Bracelets, Rings (Finger, Ear, Eyebrow or Nose), Necklaces
● Mental readiness to receive and follow instructions
